Responsibilities
- Work closely with leading salesman and assist with managing major accounts.
- Communicating effectively and professionally with customers by email, phone or in person and receiving orders
- Assisting customers with their printing and duplicating needs
- Support strategic sales plan and marketing strategies outlined by the sales team, and facilitate joint sales calls where applicable
- Own the sales process and ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Become familiar with our products and be able to help customers get the set ups they want.
- Become an industry expert to provide a consultative sales experience for the clients.
- Handling customer service issues
- Using software programs to maintain customer databases and online ordering
- Creating estimates and recording and tracking sales activity
- Collecting payments from customers and ensuring all transactions are complete
- Timely reporting of activities and results
- Be the solutions provider to our clients
Qualifications

- Relationship and consultative sales experience preferred

- Familiar with CRM tools and standard computer software programs a plus
- Ability to learn and adopt new software as necessary
- Understanding of marketing/sales metrics, especially how to calculate return on investment
- Previous experience in printing industry a plus OR at least 2 years experience with previous inside/outside sales experience is preferred.
- Some college or equivalent experience preferred
