Real Estate Agent Responsibilities:

- Proactively generate leads for buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on market conditions, pricing, and mortgages.
- Determine competitive market prices through property comparisons.
- Compile detailed listings for properties, including location, features, and square footage.
- Conduct property showings for potential buyers and renters.
- Present purchase offers to sellers and facilitate negotiations between parties.
- Review purchase contracts to ensure compliance with terms.
- Promote properties through various channels, including ads, listings, and open houses.
- Prepare and manage necessary documents for real estate transactions, such as loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, and deeds.

Real Estate Agent Requirements:

- Valid real estate license.
