Role: Implementation Project Manager for Teams/Concord Migration

Location: The successful candidate will be located in South Dakota with travel to Pierre as needed.

Duration: 12 + Months

Type: W2 Only (With all Inclusive)

Scope of Work:

DSS is seeking a qualified individual for migration of current DSS call centers and VOIP Mitel phone systems to the Teams platform and implementation of Concord Fax system.

Activities include but are not limited to:

Define business and technological requirements, consults with product owner, subject matter experts, BIT, and approved vendor 3CLogic.

Lead and coordinate efforts of development team and vendors to ensure solutions are implemented successfully.

Ensures project governance and monitoring controls are in place.

Responsible to ensure project design, development, and implementation are on time and budget.

Mentor state personnel in project management and over time potentially train state resources to take over this function.

Implement entire project.

Provide training for Managers.

Coordinate and assist in facilitating vendor led training of DSS staff
