Physical Environment:
Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
Note: This position may require having the flexibility to work nonstandard hours/shifts and having the ability to adhere to a structured schedule.
Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

ResponsibilitiesJob duties include (but are not limited to):
Become licensed in Insurance
Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to help the customer identify specific
products and solutions
Review renewal business and set Review Appointments
Recommend appointments to discuss product needs to existing customers
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Client/Claims liaison
Refer unresolved customer grievances or complex customer interactions to senior team member
Implement/adhere to company and Agency guidelines
General customer service and office duties as presented such as filing, answering the phone, and taking payments
Performs other duties as assigned
