Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a pivotal member of our sales department, the Customer Service Manager will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of customer service representatives to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and constructive feedback to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Implement strategies to continually improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with customer service objectives.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and consistency in service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements as necessary.
- Foster clear and open communication channels between the customer service team and sales team
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our customer service processes remain cutting-edge.
Requirements - Positive Attitude
- Property and Casualty License
- Life and Health License (prefered, but not required)
- Proven experience in a customer service management role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
