Legacy is recruiting a Supplemental Outpatient Nurse Practitioner to practice up to 5 days per week at our Legacy Medical Group: Mt. Hood Women’s clinic. We are located at 24850 SE Stark St Suite 200, Gresham, Oregon. This position will be supported by our 3 full-scope Gyn physicians and 8 full-scope CNM’s.

Job Duties : 

Outpatient obstetrics and gynecology including:

• Well woman care (pap smears, breast exam and cancer screening, basic well woman screening for chronic disease)
• Return OB visits
• Basic Gynecology (UTI/STI checks, abnormal uterine bleeding, pelvic pain, urinary complaints, pre-conception)
• Family planning discussions (counseling in all methods of contraception)
• Screening for and management of mood disorders (depression, anxiety)
• Option to engage in procedures such as IUD insertion, Nexplanon, colposcopy

Education:

As required by licensure.

Experience:

Minimum of two years of clinical experience or healthcare related field.

Certification and Licenses:

• Current applicable state license as a Registered Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Privileges (NP-PP) required.
• National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner required.
• Possess active BLS card from the American Heart Association
• Current licensure as required by staff and state requirements.
