**Senior Project Manager - Electrical Engineering & Construction**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Rapid City, SD. As a leading player in power/utility engineering consulting and construction, we are dedicated to excellence in delivering projects that shape the future of energy infrastructure. We're looking for a skilled professional to lead strategic planning and management of construction projects for electrical power, communications, and industrial facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the execution of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) turnkey projects, providing critical leadership and management.
- Offer insight and counsel to senior management on high-level business decisions.
- Manage program management for large clients, general project management, project financials, bidding, safety, field support, general administration, and training/mentoring of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

**Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 10 years' project management experience in transmission line or substation construction, or relevant experience in high-voltage electrical systems.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Vista (Viewpoint) software is a plus.
- Ability to pass all Company and client-mandated drug and background checks.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project monitoring and control.
