Job Title: Job Captain
Location: Cincinnati OH
Salary: $55k to $65K + BONUSES
Requirements: Revit, Construction Documents, Project Coordination

We are looking for an experienced Project/Job Captain to join our leading architectural design, surveying and engineering firm. The ideal candidate would be on a path to licensure, proficient in CAD software and cross-functionally coordinating a wide range of projects. What You Will Be Doing

- Ongoing development and production of construction documents (drawings/specifications) for assigned projects
- Manage day-to-day project efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Monitor and maintain quality control, Conduct and compile product research.
- Development of construction documents, review work submitted by consultants, project team members
- Program conformity, code compliance, commitment scheduling
- Maintain effective contact with clients through project life cycle
- Assist PM in overall project coordination

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelors in architecture 
- 5+ years experience in architecture field, highest consideration given to candidates seeking professional licensure
- Proficient in working with multi-disciplinary project teams on variety of building types
- Knowledge of Revit in production of construction drawings, Proficient in Technical Specification Writing 
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Sketchup preferred
