Job description

General Description: Provide technical support to the Coordinator of Enrollment Management and Scheduling. The Course Scheduling and Enrollment Support Specialist supports the data entry and maintenance of the campus class schedule. Duties and Tasks:Data entry using multiple databases.Assist the Coordinator of Enrollment Management and Scheduling (CEMS) with entering semester course schedules.Assist CEMS with monitoring enrollment and communicating data to the Coordinator of Enrollment Management and Scheduling and or stakeholders.Assist CEMS with Student Information System (SIS) reports and queries.Attend scheduling and enrollment management meetings and participate in training as needed.Provides general support to the Office of the Provost as needed.Resolve discrepancies related to the information provided in PeopleSoft vs. information given from the academic departments.Work in consultation with the Coordinator of Enrollment Management and Scheduling as it pertains to course scheduling data entry for efficient use of classrooms, following college policy and procedures.Follow enrollment capacity and classroom seating capacities.Interact regularly with other campus and college units.
