. Data Entry / CSR

· Location: 19th Ave & Happy Valley Rd, Phoenix AZ

· Pay: $21/HR

· Shift: Monday – Friday, 5AM to 3:30PM

Overall Purpose Of The Job

· Responsible for the processing and data entry of materials and billing information related to kits, equipment, and pharmaceuticals. Ensures data integrity of information entered into Great Plains billing system.

· Customer service duties including timely and accurate relay of information in regarding kit refurbishment processing.

Responsibilities

· Provides timely and accurate data entry of manufacturing orders and materials into various database system.

· Ensure data integrity of information entered through quality assurance work audit and process audits.

· Acts as customer services representative, internal and external, as assigned by market.

· Active participant in company’s quality system program.

· Serves as a Great Plains resources to MedSupply and MedAire staff.

· May assist with training and/or orienting new data entry staff.

Required Skills and Knowledge

· Demonstrated effective organizational, problem solving, analytical, communication, and attention to detail skills.

· Demonstrated ability to audit data for entry accuracy and recognize inconsistencies of output.

· Demonstrated effective attention to detail.

· Proven ability to work independently.

· Proven successful work history of at least 5 years as an intermediate data entry operator.

· Customer Service Experience.

· Quality system experience (ISO, six sigma or other) a plus.
