Job description
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to manage our day-to-day HVAC operations.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HVAC department, supervising employees, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and handling customer complaints.
This role requires at least 5 years of HVAC experience and skills in troubleshooting, EPA regulations, and Service Manager experience. You should also be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
This role pays between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, and you will be eligible for commissions, bonuses, and other benefits. We also offer a supportive and positive work environment.
