Job Description



• Support the day-to-day operations of the program
• Act as a liaison, working closely with leadership in building and providing support to the team
• Provide clerical and administrative duties for the office including client billing, office purchases, inventory, participant vouchers, program invoices, meeting minutes, scheduling, and human resources support
• Assist in the development and marketing of program materials, events, and recruitment strategies
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and online requests for appointments and information
• Provide basic and accurate program information in-person and via phone/emails
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
• Maintain office safety by following procedures and controlling access to confidential information
• Respond to issues and complaints in a friendly and timely manner
• Provide human resources support, designee contact between Project Director and Regional HR Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications



• Associates degree or proven work experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Business Suite preferred
• Professional and welcoming attitude and demeanor
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communicator who works well independently and with a team
