Salary: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Achieve established new business production and meet agreed upon goals.
- Call provided leads from your Agent and create insurance quotes, conduct effective sales presentations, and finalize sales.
- Approach each customer interaction as an opportunity for both cross-selling and upselling.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assistance..
- Foster client relationships.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers for client satisfaction.
- Keep up to date on insurance policy choices.
Requirements
- Active General Lines Property & Casualty TX license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Coachable and open to feedback.
- Highly motivated and driven.
- General Lines Life, Accident & Health license preferred but not required.
