Position Accountabilities and Essential Functions:

POSITION SUMMARY : The primary function is to facilitate and meet the needs of 60+ dental hygiene and assisting students, and the patients while managing all aspects of a dental office. The various aspects of the dental office are: explaining policy and procedures, conflict resolution, scheduling and rescheduling patients, answering phone calls, ensuring policies and protocol are followed, developing forms to increase communication and efficiency of the office, communication with patients, students and faculty, tracking inventory, ordering supplies, trouble-shoot equipment and software issues, contact appropriate department or vendor if repair is needed, and coordinate repairs as needed.
