Job description
Semper Home Loans is actively searching for a Marketing Director who can bring a fresh and energetic approach to the team. We're seeking someone with a proactive mindset, able to inspire our loan officers and elevate Semper Home Loans in the mortgage industry.
Your Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Expert: Actively identify and recruit top talent in the mortgage industry. Develop and execute strategies to attract experienced loan officers and mortgage professionals.
- Realtor Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong relationships with real estate professionals. Develop targeted marketing campaigns to position Semper Home Loans as the preferred mortgage partner for realtors.
- Brand Enhancement: Work closely with the executive team to enhance Semper Home Loans' brand image in the mortgage market. Ensure that our brand aligns with the company's mission and values.
- Motivator-in-Chief: Inject energy and enthusiasm into the workplace. Create initiatives to motivate loan officers and employees, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Content Creation Lead: Oversee the creation of mortgage-specific content that resonates with our target audience. This includes blog posts, social media updates, videos, and other relevant content.
- Digital Marketing Strategist: Manage digital marketing efforts specifically tailored to promote mortgage products. This includes SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns focused on the mortgage sector.
- Relationship Builder: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders. Leverage these relationships to drive business growth.
- Lead Generation Expert: Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies for mortgage products. This involves creating effective landing pages, lead magnets, and nurturing workflows specific to the mortgage industry.
- Advertising and Promotion Specialist: Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, emphasizing mortgage-specific messages. This includes print, online, and social media channels.
- Collaboration with Sales and Compliance: Work collaboratively with sales and compliance teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Ensure that marketing strategies comply with industry regulations.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget with a focus on cost-effective strategies and measurable ROI in the mortgage sector.
- Performance Analyst: Regularly monitor and analyze marketing performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the mortgage industry. Adjust strategies based on performance insights.
- Team Leader: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, providing clear direction, support, and constructive feedback. Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team culture.
