Product Designer - Remote, US
Position Summary
Our Product Designers work closely with our enterprise customers, our engineering teams and key stakeholders to guide game-changing products from conception to launch. As part of the Product Management team, you bridge the technical and business worlds as you help design products and services that our customers love. You will be responsible for the financial success of a product or service which includes customer analysis, solution definition and collaborating across engineering, QA, sales and support to ensure successful implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Conduct user research: Understand user needs, pain points, and motivations through qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, A/B testing).
- Define product: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to help define the product vision, roadmap, and key user flows
- Ideate and iterate on designs: Develop creative and user-centered design solutions through sketching, wireframing, prototyping, and testing
- Craft beautiful and functional interfaces: Design intuitive and visually appealing UI elements, ensuring seamless interaction and accessibility
- Develop and maintain design systems: Establish and maintain a consistent design language across all products and platforms
- Present and advocate for design decisions: Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, gaining buy-in and alignment.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and technologies: Continuously learn and adapt to the evolving design landscape.
- Collaborate effectively: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient design process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience as a Product/UX Designer in a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment
- Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions
- Expertise in UI design, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for videos and storytelling
Bonus:
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Experience with broadcasting video production technology
