Boylston Staffing is looking for a Front Office Administrator for an Engineering Firm in Norwell, MA.
Job details: - Must have some administrative experience and EXCEL.
- Will assist the Office and Accounting Manager.
- Will answer and direct phone calls in a pleasant manner, welcome clients, vendors and visitors, order supplies, process mail. prepare and scan documents, meet deadlines on projects, arrange lunches and seminars, assist with processing weekly timesheets for staff, assist with invoicing, light financial activity, maintain lists, keep track of log sheets and other duties assigned as needed.
- This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity working 8:00am-4:30pm paying $25/hr with great benefits.
- Must be professional, able to multi-task, have excellent computer skills including Excel, a quick learner and reliable.
THIS ROLE IS 100% ONSITE.
