Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Center Manager to oversee the operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and technology, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills. The Center Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring a positive and engaging learning experience for students, and building relationships with parents and the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the center, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of instructors and support staff
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for students and parents
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students and retain current ones
- Build relationships with local schools and organizations to promote the center and its programs
- Monitor student progress and provide regular updates to parents
- Ensure the safety and security of all students and staff
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in coding education
- Handle any customer service issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other center managers and company leadership to share ideas and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in education or a related field
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and technology
- Knowledge of coding and/or experience in a coding-related field is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Must pass a background check
