Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing personalized assistance.
Financial Advisory:
- Assess customers' financial situations and offer appropriate advice on banking products, investment options, and financial planning.
- Provide information on loans, mortgages, savings accounts, and other financial products, tailoring recommendations to meet individual customer needs.
Account Management:
- Assist customers in opening and closing accounts, managing transactions, and resolving any account-related issues.
- Monitor account activity to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products.
Sales and Promotion:
- Actively promote and sell banking products, including credit cards, loans, and investment services.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch by identifying opportunities for revenue generation.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all customer account documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and banking policies to maintain compliance.
Customer Education:
- Educate customers on various banking services, online banking platforms, and financial management tools.
- Conduct workshops or seminars to enhance financial literacy among clients.
Problem Resolution:
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex problems and ensure seamless service delivery.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch and organizational goals.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in banking or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of banking products, financial regulations, and market trends.
- Sales and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
