Overview
- This is a unique position to be the primary IT Support Technician for an award-winning NASCAR race team, just miles from the Charlotte Motor Speedway.
- This is primarily an on-site position, with WFH remote support required for every scheduled Race Day (usually on Sunday).
- You will be supporting additional clients through our IT MSP (Managed Service Provider) helpdesk when not actively supporting the racing team.
We are looking for practical and reliable IT Technicians who are problem-solvers that can effectively trouble-shoot customer issues and quickly deliver the right solution.
Position Overview: - The ideal candidate will be curious, tenacious and able to produce the desired result with a sense of urgency
- This role requires an ability to work in a fast-paced environment across different situations and enjoy the challenge of multiple client interactions throughout the day, bringing each problem to a resolution.
- Location: This is a primarily in-office position in the North Charlotte / Concord, NC area.
Responsibilities:
- In this position you will be involved in support of existing business networks, servers, computers and users, as well as designing and deploying new systems and solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. Employees are offered

Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support during live NASCAR races
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve core client issues and problems
- Prioritize time and clients’ needs
- Monitoring and maintenance of client systems
- Track and record billable hours (with detail)
- Effective communication with clients and build trust through knowledge
- Accurate documentation and notes in AutoTask (CRM)
- Assistance with live incoming client requests
Traits & Attributes:

- Self-Motivated: Must have a drive to take action and accomplish tasks
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of recent experience at a Managed IT Service company (MSP)
- M365 and/or Google Workspace administration
- Server 2016 (or later) Active Directory administration
- Networking, router firewall and managed switch configuration
- Backup / disaster recovery configuration and administration
- Windows and macOS Troubleshooting, Administration & Repair
- Virus and malware prevention and remediation
Desired Skills:
- Experience with AutoTask PSA
- Experience with designing, quoting and installing efficient IT Solutions (including
- Network, Wi-Fi, Server, Workstations, Network Security, etc.)
- Cloud VM design & management
- VoIP Phone setup and administration
