Core Responsibilities include:
- Contacting All Internet leads who communicate with the dealership through its CRM, Dealership websites, 3rd party lead providers, chat or telephone calls in the sales/internet department.
- Answer incoming telephone calls; determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments.
- Must possess strong work ethic, previous experience in automotive sales a strong plus, outstanding communication skills and able to handle all customer correspondence in a professional manner.
- Provide clear price quotes
- Achieve retailer objectives for internet sales close rate and store volume
- Record all contact, attempts and conversations notes into Drive Centric CRM
- Call Lease customers in the database that are in within 6 months of lease maturity.
- Provide an above average quality, effective and professional experience to every customer.
- Must have outstanding communication skills and professional phone demeanor
- Good at multi- tasking.
- Ability to organize tasks, research and keeping records
- Must be responsible for scheduling appointments and entering proper notes in the CRM
- Creates and sends emails as scheduled by Dealership CRM Software.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Take initiative to make minor job-specific decisions in the absence of the Internet Director.
- Support the Mission, Vision and core values of the company.
- Must be able to explained vehicle technology and safety features to potential buyers
- May be required to perform basic clerical duties, such as faxing office notes and photocopying.
- Responsible for contacting existing customers prior to lease or finance contract term utilizing existing dealership data.
- Ensure our customers have a world class buying experience at every step along their sales journey
Requirements:
- One year customer service experience or previous Business Development Assistant experience in the Automotive Industry
- One-year Tele-Marketing experience (Preferred)
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (Preferred)
- Experience working in an automotive BDC, Finance or Internet Sales role (Preferred)
- Strong Objection Handling Skills
- Must be able to create urgency and same day appointments.
- Thrive in fast paced environment
