TITLE: Orthopedic Surgeon
DEPARTMENT: Grant Regional Community Clinic
POSITION STATUS/HOURS: Full-time, salaried/exempt, benefit eligible position.
The Clinic is a 5 day/week practice.
We are fortunate to have an exceptional staff of medical providers. This NEW position is due to the growth of our Orthopedic business lead by Dr. Brad Binsfeld and Nate Stocco, PA-C.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Orthopedic Surgeon is responsible for providing professional care to patients in assigned settings. Maintains accountability for his/her own practice and delegates/provides direction to other personnel in the unit in accordance with their level of expertise and experience. Completes patient assessments, orders and interprets diagnostic tests and completes or prescribes treatments in accordance with appropriate Wisconsin statutes and federal regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Board certified in Orthopedics. Current Licensed Wisconsin Physician. Experience with robotics is preferred. Applicants must also have a current DEA license or be eligible to apply. Current BLS certification. Minimum of three years clinical experience required. EPIC experience a plus. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team. Ability to multi-task and problem solve. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills required.
