The Equine Specialist’s primary role is to monitor equine behaviors in and out of sessions and to promote safety of the equines and clients during sessions. The Equine Specialist is responsible for leading the Equine Learning sessions and conducting educational programs for clients in the absence of the Equine Therapist. This position adds therapeutic value to the Equine Program and sessions by addressing observed equine behaviors that may have a therapeutic benefit for the clients and developing training programs for the equines in collaboration with Supervisor.


Essential Duties:

 

Salary Range for this position is $24.00/hr to $27.00/hr
