About the Role
STEDI, are the leader in Automotive LED Lighting and Australia's fastest growing online auxiliary LED driving light brand.
We are looking to add an experienced, dynamic Head of Sales to our team, to lead and develop our sales division in this high-impact role.
As Head of Sales your duties will include (but not be limited to);
- Develop comprehensive strategic sales plans that align with business objectives and capitalise on market opportunities within multiple market segments.
- Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform the creation of targeted and innovative sales strategies.
- Identify and engage with potential commercial clients to develop re-seller, wholesale & OE channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the sales plan and maximise opportunities within each sales channel.
- Develop sales reporting KPI's and performance metrics to deliver sales and margin growth within sales channels.
- Build strong relationships with wholesale & retail accounts to drive sales performance.
- Work with key stakeholders to develop customer value propositions for each sales channels & deliver effective programs to support CVP.
- Deliver sales targets in line with sales channel budgets.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans that result in revenue growth across consumer and commercial segments.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to inform decision-making.
- Enterprise level experience and industry contacts to assist developing prospects.
- Great communicator that has a positive team attitude.
