Job description
The Customer Solutions Coordiantor is responsible for processing post surgery orders, credit memos and re-bills associated with customer orders in a dynamic start-up environment. This position also assists in collecting all customer information needed to generate an invoice. This position supports compliance to applicable domestic and international regulatory medical device regulations such as Part 820, 1271, MDD 93/42/EEC, and ISO 13485:2003.

Education and Experience
High School degree or equivalent, and a minimum of 1-2 years experience in data entry or order processing, preferably in the medical device and/or spine industry
For roles based in the United States that require access to hospital facilities, must be eligible for and maintain credentials at all required hospitals, including meeting any applicable physical requirements or vaccination requirements (including the COVID-19 vaccine, as applicable).

Salary Range
Alphatec Spine, Inc. complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate’s qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $18 to $22 Full-Time Hourly Range
