Caring for Others — part of Caring for Family of Companies — is seeking a high caliber Director of Business Development, dedicated to unparalleled professionalism and process adherence, creating a recruiting/intake pipeline, fostering dynamic business growth and a solution-oriented approach, and development of ongoing referral/community partner relationships.

Scope of Duties
At Caring for Family of Companies we look for people with a nurturing spirit and a genuine desire to support and care for others. In this role, you can expect some or all of the following duties:
- Build and maintain a vibrant network of referral partnerships
- Develop relationships with potential and future clients and referral sources
- Become the go—to solution for Case Managers and Referral Partners
- Function as an ambassador for the Company and its values
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration skills and team mindset
- Strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills
- Proficiency with technology and electronic devices
- Sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism
Requirements
- Strong sales, relationship management, and business development skills
- A desire to be out in the community networking and building referral pipelines
