Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Quality Lab Associate near Hayward, CA.

: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Lab Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting critical chemical, physical, and biological analyses on finished product stability samples. You will also support testing of raw materials, initial, in-process, and final product samples from the manufacturing facility, as required. This position offers an opportunity for growth, welcoming both mid -level candidates and those with more experience.
Responsibilities:
Conduct critical chemical, physical, and biological analyses on finished product stability samples.
Support testing of raw materials, initial, in-process, and final product samples.
Use sophisticated laboratory instrumentation and computer systems to collect and record data.
Complete all testing in a timely manner to meet project schedules.
Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulations.
Participate in investigations of deviations and write exception documents.
Perform advanced biological and chemical assays requiring precise analytical skills.
Review test data and documentation practices.
Participate in cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and quality.
Maintain laboratory supplies and safety requirements.
Perform equipment maintenance and calibrations as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or biological science with analytical chemistry laboratory coursework.
2-4 years’ experience within Pharmaceutical GMP/QC laboratory.
Experience with analytical chemistry instrumentation preferred (e.g., HPLC, pH, KF, AA, GFAA, titrations).
Proficient in sophisticated wet chemistry, volumetric preparation techniques, and instrumental methods of analysis.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
Excellent writing and digital literacy.
Effective communication skills with managers and peers.
Ability to interpret information and make recommendations to resolve technical challenges.
