Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Restaurant Management experience preferred
• Food Safety Manager certification ,required or able to maintain within 60 days of employment
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of Urban Wok operations
• Must exhibit an aptitude for leading , coaching, and driving excellence
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
• Optimize profit by scheduling HOH labor efficiently and ordering food and supplies to maintain appropriate inventory, portion correctly, minimize waste, etc.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• High standards of cleanliness
• Keeping customers happy and handling complaints in a timely and appropriate manner
• Sales/Marketing brand awareness ideas and implementation
• Overseeing inventory and daily ordering while staying within budget limitations
• Motivating staff and keeping morale up with team incentives
• Catering and large order planning and execution
• Handling payroll and scheduling
• High sense of integrity
