Adecco Medical & Science is hiring a contract Project Manager I for our Pharmaceutical partner in Waltham, MA

The anticipated wage for this position is between $53 and $54.35. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Project Manager I, nine-month contract

*Hybrid Role
Incumbent will serve as a Functional Planner to the mRNA CoE. The Functional Planner collaborates with mRNA CoE Functional Head, Global Project Managers & CMC Project Manager/Leaders as a functional management team facilitator and functional plan integrator. Assists the mRNA CoE Global PMO and Leadership team in oversight of Plan Management to ensure the work effort of the function is aligned with portfolio prioritization.

The Functional Planner will have responsibility for providing an integrated plan view of a functions deliverables and related resources (FTEs) across all mRNA CoE projects (Vaccine and Platform initiatives) and functional activities. Input from Project/Process Team-level planning will provide the basis for the scheduling of functional deliverables.

Day to day activities for the role would include the following:

• Collaborate with mRNA CoE functional heads, Global Project Managers, CMC Leaders, CMC Project managers to proactively plan, monitor and update project operational plans and assign resource loading in Sanofis Planisware system RDPM.
• Monitor FTE demand vs. capacity for mRNA CoE, ensuring alignment with headcount/contractor targets and portfolio prioritization.
• Prepare RDPM reports for mRNA CoE functional heads, Global Project Managers, CMC Leaders, CMC Project managers to assist with evaluation of FTE demand vs. capacity, identification of resource conflicts/constraints, support project prioritization discussions, etc.
• Support budget processes (budget & budget reforecasting, strat plan, scenarios/modifications, baselines, etc.) especially as they relate to FTE demand, headcount, etc.
• Assist with management of the Resource Breakdown Structure in the RDPM Planisware tool.
• Support time tracking processes including training of mRNA CoE personnel on time tracking, reminders to users for filling of timecards at end of month, and analysis/reporting of time tracking data to compare planned vs. actuals.
• Education BS/BA required; with MS preferred.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $54.35 per hour
