Job Description:

As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Providing compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in critical condition.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitoring patient vital signs and responses to treatment, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Administering medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and efficiently.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Demonstrating proficiency in technical skills required for the role, including proficiency in [Insert Technical Skills Here].

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• California Registered Nurse License.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Provider ACLS - American Heart Association.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course.
• 1 year nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Certification in the area of specialty.
