A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A RESIDENTIAL ASSOCIATE DESIGNER:

As a key player in our Dream Team, your day revolves around creating, collaborating, and transforming. You'll be the client's go-to person, guiding them through the design process with finesse. Imagine building rapport, listening keenly to their wants and needs, and translating those dreams into reality through stunning designs. Your role extends beyond the drawing board-work with our Estimator to finalize project costs, collaborate with the Project Manager on production support, and, when possible, witness your designs come to life on-site. Your workspace might be within the showroom, but the impact you make reaches far beyond.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A RESIDENTIAL ASSOCIATE DESIGNER:

• A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
• A minimum of 2 years in residential design, design-build, or similar industries
• Proficiency in spatial design, product coordination, blueprint reading, and design software like Pro/Kitchen, 20/20, Chief Architect, or similar
• Strong background in customer service
