**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are seeking a Sales Development Professional to join our dynamic team in Richmond, Virginia. This role presents a unique opportunity for recent college graduates to embark on a 24-month learning program focused on developing a career in Field Sales. Throughout this program, you will delve into our sales organization, tackle complex business challenges, and receive hands-on training to prepare you for future roles within our company.

Initially remote, this position may require relocation upon hire and graduation, with frequent travel across different cities in the United States. Compensation for this role includes a competitive salary of $55,000 annually, supplemented by a 25% sales incentive, along with travel assistance.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**

- Train in various areas including Field Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Inside Sales.
- Develop account plans for specified regions in the US, backed by thorough market research.
- Assist in crafting presentations, sales quotes, and market analyses for our business clients during sales meetings.
- Shadow our experienced sales team to learn business strategies and provide support to both the team and our clients.
- Gain proficiency in utilizing sales systems such as Showpad, Salesforce, and other relevant software.

**WHAT WE REQUIRE:**

- A college degree or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to travel extensively, up to 50-75% or more.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Flexibility to relocate to designated markets and assume field sales duties at the end of the 24-month assignment or when required.
