Job description
LHH has partnered with a growing client, who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join their team in Nashville, TN! You will play a crucial role in managing client and customer relationships through effective outreach. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication.
Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle, from negotiation to execution and renewal
- Provide exceptional customer service by being the primary point of contact for clients regarding account matters, purchase orders, request for quotes, delivery status, etc.
- Address and resolve client inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract terms meet business requirements.
- Actively listen to clients, understanding their needs and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
- Identify and mitigate account risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance
- Provide regular reports and updates on account status and performance
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple account simultaneously
- Proficient in account management software/tools
Schedule: - Full-time, 40 hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
