Responsibilities: Please note, that this is a new position, and the responsibilities will evolve as we put the Client Care Program into place and we’re able to see what works and what doesn’t work.  • Client Care Action Plan: Set up and manage a comprehensive Client Care action plan in our CRM for closed Team clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized post-closing experience.  • Client Engagement: Foster a sense of community and engagement.  • Post-Closing Timeline: Complete tasks for the first 30 days after closing, the first 6 months after closing, annually, and routine tasks. • Conduct ongoing reviews and collect referrals. • Implement a systematic approach to collecting reviews and referrals, ensuring timely and positive feedback.  • Event Coordination: • Send out text/email invites to events and coordinate any necessary print materials.  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for events, securing competitive pricing.  • Book venues, order supplies, and manage logistical details for events.  • Contests and Marketing: Spearhead contests.  • Stay informed: About best practices in loyalty programs, client care programs, and contests.  • Database Management: Add and maintain up-to-date contacts in our databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.  Qualifications: • Previous experience in client care, event coordination, or a related field is preferred.  • Strong organizational and communication skills.  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and relevant software applications.  • Enthusiastic and customer-focused mindset.  About Company: Nationally recognized as one of the Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in the USA, ranked as one of the largest selling teams in the country by the WSJ, one of the Top 50 Florida Companies to Watch, and named by Florida Trends as one of the Best Companies to Work For Award.
