Outside Guest Service Attendant

Job description

We are looking for a few hard-working individuals to fill openings as Outside Guest Services Attendants. This position is focused on working outside with other attendants, providing a wonderful experience for all our members and their guests. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

• Greeting members
• Maintaining the cart fleet
• Organizing the bag room
• Cleaning member clubs
• Maintaining the driving range. 

Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift at least 25 pounds, and have excellent communication skills. 

Candidates would be asked to work 20 – 30 hours per week and have the flexibility to work morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. Employee meals and some golf privileges are included.

Located just outside of the city, The Wisconsin Country Club is home to one of the most challenging and beautiful 18-hole golf courses in the area. It's Harry Smead/David Gill design features tree-lined fairways, intricately contoured greens, and well-positioned bunkering. In addition, Members enjoy an excellent court experience with 4 hard tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts available for open play, clinics, and socials. Our heated Junior-Olympic-sized pool is open seasonally and features a kiddie pool, slide, and full-service snack bar. For our health-conscious members, our Fitness Center is open daily and features a variety of specialty equipment. A year-round social calendar and dining operation ensure all Members enjoy their home away from home.
