Pay Rate: $50,000 - 60,000 / annually
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
What’s a typical day as a Human Resources Manager? You’ll be:
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions.
Conduct 1-on-1 employee meetings.
Investigations and disciplinary actions as necessary.
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
Review company handbook and make changes when applicable because of company policy changes, or changes in Local, State, or Federal laws requirements.
Oversee the onboarding for new hires, and separation of employment process.
Work with staffing agencies, schedule interviews, find new candidates when needed.
Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and conducting interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure all information is up to date.
Oversee the onboarding for new hires, and separation of employment process.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Administer employee benefits programs.
Assist administration in Payroll and other weekly employee-related tasks.
Oversee attendance, task management & coaching.
Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for office-related expenditures.
Process incoming mail, enter deposits & receive payments against invoices.
Manage administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and document control.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Strongly Preferred)
In lieu of degree, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in related fields. (Required)
Proven experience in Human Resources management and office administration. (Required)
Knowledge of employment laws and Human Resources best practices. (Preferred)
Microsoft Office experience. (Required)
QuickBooks experience. (Preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
