Your Impact:

As the Director of Channel Partnership Development, you will play a vital role in our mission to transform the logistics industry. Collaborate with us to cultivate relationships with Consultancy and Cost Reduction firms, inviting them to participate in our exciting Channel Partner Program. Your primary goal is to elevate strategic sales opportunities and drive growth through these valuable partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-create and implement strategies to attract new Channel Partners in the Consultancy and Cost Reduction space.
Showcase our suite of supply chain services to existing and potential Channel Partners.
Manage the commercialization of Channel Partner agreements for mutual success.
Develop a robust pipeline focused on goal-oriented Channel Partner additions.
Exceed growth goals, including new Channel Partners and revenue from referrals and leads.
Conduct sales calls, focusing on leads and opportunities for our Managed Services.
Facilitate seamless communication between Channel Partners and Managed Service sellers.
Guide Channel Partners through the entire sales cycle, maintaining clear communication internally and externally.
Provide consultancy to Channel Partners, offering solutions for current challenges and enabling future scalability.
Understand Channel Partner business models, requirements, and scope to qualify potential opportunities.
Deliver compelling presentations tailored to various categories of Channel Partners.
Collaborate with delivery teams to transition customer solutions from sales to implementation.
Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and continuous improvement feedback loops with Channel Partners.
Recommend sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis.
Nurture and maintain strategic relationships with Channel Partners and internal stakeholders.
Manage multiple channel selling strategies and provide regular department activity reports.
Qualifications:

Substantial Consultancy and Cost Reduction industry contacts.
3-5 years of experience in Consultancy and Cost Reduction with access to decision-makers.
Demonstrated sales experience focused on Consultancy and Cost Reduction.
Transportation services experience is beneficial.
Strong negotiation, communication, analysis, and networking skills from C-level to end-user.
Leadership skills and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
Strategic thinker with the ability to travel up to 25%.
