13425 - RN Interventional Radiology - Woonsocket, RI - 13 Weeks Contract
Sigma Healthcare team is currently looking for RN Interventional Radiology to work onsite at contracted facility in Woonsocket.
Shift : 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
Job Description : - Capable clinician focused on expanding knowledge & skills.
- Imaging Procedures services outpatient and inpatient radiology guided invasive procedures.
- Consistently provides effective direct pt care as part of interdisciplinary team, to a variety of complex pts.
- Manages care & implements treatment plans at a refined skill level in collaboration with pts, their families, physicians & other members of the healthcare team.
- Seeks as well as provides feedback for improved clinical practice. Assumes a beginning leadership role but seeks mentoring in his process.
- Assess physical, psychological, social & cultural dimensions of pts according to professional practice standards & institutional policy/procedures.
- Ability to organize, coordinate and prioritize nursing care activities considering needs of pt. Implement pt. population specific interventions based on individual pt. needs.
- Evaluates effectiveness of care & care coordination progressing pts toward desired outcomes.
- Develop & implement pt./caregiver teaching plans based on identified health education needs and the condition/age of pt. Provide for safe environment & safe delivery of pt. care.
Job Requirements: - RI License.
- 2 years IR experience or pre/post procedural recovery experience.
Qualifications : - Interventional Radiology preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
