Superintendent
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish. This position requires a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety procedures in order to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Superintendent must be able to work effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders in order to ensure the success of all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops plans and schedules for each project.
- Ensures that all work is completed according to the specifications of the project.
- Monitors progress and makes adjustments as needed to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Develops and implements safety protocols to ensure the safety of all workers on the job site.
- Provides guidance and support to other construction personnel.
- Maintains an open and professional working relationship with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in Retail, Hospital, Healthcare, Commercial, Warehouse, Airport, and Industrial.
- Thorough knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and safety procedures.
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
