Job description

Are you interested in pursuing a position as a Patient Care Coordinator ? Do you have great office skills looking to join a small office team environment?

Our client is in the healthcare field servicing patients for over 30 years with locations throughout the Fox Valley area.

Responsibilities:

Will be sitting at the front desk for the location ensuring the office runs smoothly.

• Answer incoming calls
• Greet patients
• Schedule patient appointments
• Handle appointment cancellations and confirmations
• Make sure patient files are completed correctly
• Take copays and insurance information
• Order supplies
• Manage petty cash

General Information:

Hours: Full time or Part time, 20-40 hours per week between the hours of 7am-5pm, Monday through Friday

Length: Temporary to Hire

Pay: $17.00/hour-$19.00/hour based on experience
