How You Will Contribute
As a Resident Service Coordinator, you will orchestrate people, funding, and material to accomplish the goals of our communities. You will be dedicated to meeting the expectations of our shareholders and residents. You will establish and maintain impactful relationships with our customers while managing the priorities on site.
Things You Will Do
- Assist the team with all resident interactions related to maintenance and service requests.
- Foster an ongoing positive relationship with residents and deliver unsurpassed service to achieve resident retention goals.
- Enhance the living environment of the community through resident outreach, creative activities.
- Technical familiarity with different Social Media platforms
- Content creation strategy for the social media, promoting community and resident engagement strategies
- Organize and assist with vendor relations and scheduling and supply inventory management pertianing to maintenance, and resident services
- Ensure timely production of quality rent ready units to include walking units to ensure rent ready status meets our standards
- Manage 3rd party vendors to define scope of work and conduct periodic quality control inspections
- Key Management
- Assist with notice to vacate walk through for punch items as it relates to move out inspections
- Respond and resolve escalated resident service issues as well as track and follow up on service and move in satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement strategies to improve the quality of service.
- Assist with filing ePremium claims
- Promote community's rentable items and amenities to generate additional revenue and contribute to the income goals.
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure that the physical aspects of the community meet established standards and implements corrective measures as necessary.
- Review work orders for the maintenance department, and ensure they are completed timely and accurately
- This position is also responsible for planning and implementing resident activities
Things You Will Need
- Experience working on apartment communities consisting of 300 units or more
- Customer service experience
- Proficient in the use of modern technology, especially computers and smartphones
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to walk the property which includes climbing stairs
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push, pull, reach, carry supplies
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Skills:
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, EXCEL, Outlook, etc.).
- Tech savvy - able to learn/work with property management applications
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
