Mixam are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team! This individual will assist with managing the daily accounting functions working with our Head of Finance and becoming a valued member of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the accounts receivable/sales ledger
• Assisting with the accounts payable/purchase ledger
• Completing bank reconciliations
• Assessing customer tax exemption applications
• Assessing customer reseller applications
• Assisting with the month end process
• Liaising with customers and suppliers
• Assisting with other accounting functions on an as-needed basis

Experience:

• Part Qualified Accountant
• Experience working in an Accounts Team
• Highly organised with an eye for detail
• XERO accounting software experience desirable
• Able to work with integrity and liaise with multiple stakeholders

Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
