Job description

  1. Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
  2. Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  3. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
  4. Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  5. Organizational and time-management skills
  6. A business acumen
  7. Enthusiastic and passionate
  8. BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing (Not a must)
  9. AVL industry experience is a plus
  10. Unter 40 years old
  11. Americans or Chinese American 1.Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  1. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  2. Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  3. Present products to prospective clients
  4. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  5. Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  6. Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  7. Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
