Job Title: Client Services Associate OR Senior Associate
Job Location: Boulder, CO (Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 remote)
Job Salary: $60k - $90k+ DOE
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance or related field, At least 1+ Years of Experience with a Wealth Management, Registered Investment Advisory (RIA), or Investment Banking firm, Series 65 or 66 preferred

We are a "Registered Investment Advisors" (RIAs) founded in 1999 and based in Los Angeles with 200+ employees and over $20 billion in assets under management. We work exclusively with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and their multi-million and billion-dollar businesses as well as their families. Due to continuous growth, we are looking to add Client Services Associates and Senior Associates to the team! **This is a Hybrid/Remote Role! (3 days in office/ 2 days from home)**

What You Will Be Doing

- Onboarding of new High Net Worth clientele
- Working directly with the Wealth Advisors in preparation of allocations and investments
- Active communication with clients - processing inquiries
- Preparing and processing investment paperwork

What You Need for this Position

Requirements include:
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1+ Years of Experience with a Wealth Management, Registered Investment Advisory (RIA), or Investment Banking firm
- A Series 65 or 66 is preferred
