In June of 2019, Chef Terry Koval and wife Jenn opened their dream restaurant in Decatur, GA; their community of seventeen years. After two decades of working in Atlanta's top kitchens, Koval has continued to embrace his community which has supported him throughout his career. Chef Koval was awarded the James Beard Best Chef Southeast 2023 as well as Star Chefs Sustainable Chefs award in 2012 and has been featured on Food Networks top rated shows Chopped and Diners Drive ins and Dives. Chef Koval also received the Georgia Organics farmers champion award in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 - as well as continues to support Wholesome Wave Ga., Slow Food Ga. and Slow Food USA. They are dedicated to their team, guests, community and to the support of local farmers and aquaculture. They strive to encourage a creative, collaborative and thriving environment for staff as well as guests.
We are looking for passionate chefs with drive, positive attitude and willingness to learn to join our team. We work with the best products that we can possibly source from our local farmers and ranchers and showcase the product's potential. We are a scratch kitchen, butchering all our own meats in house, sourcing whole pasture raised pigs, ducks, phesants; breaking them down for charcuterie and sausages and primal cuts for the menu. We cook honest food, while most importantly having fun in what we do! This is a great opportunity for a thriving young chef to join our small team!
