Job description

Key attributes

1. Significant experience in M&A Mergers and Acquisitions(10+ years). Separations, Integrations, Carveouts, Stand-ups, etc.
2. Experience in Govcon M&A (5+ Years)
3. Significant experience working with "Large" Govcons either as a consultant or for the organization itself (Government contractors like BAH, Raytheon, Lockheed, Northrup, etc.)
4. Significant experience across the Tech Stack (Think end-to-end IT)
