Are you passionate about transforming healthcare through technology and analytics? We're seeking a visionary Director for our Risk Stratification Product, who will lead the charge in leveraging data and software to empower primary care practices. This role is pivotal in enhancing patient outcomes by refining diagnosis documentation and coding, using a mix of structured and unstructured clinical and administrative data.

What You'll Do
As the Director of Risk Stratification Product, you'll be the linchpin in our quest to improve healthcare delivery. You will:

Understand the Core Issue: Dive deep into cross-functional operational workflows to assess the current state and identify opportunities for improvement.
Drive Strategic Vision: Translate product strategies into tangible actions, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Collaborate with leadership to secure support and commitment.
Lead with Agility: Manage a dynamic product roadmap, balancing short-term achievements with long-term goals.
Execute with Precision: Coordinate with various teams to deploy new workflows, offering support in documentation and training to facilitate smooth transitions.
Champion Communication: Be the voice of progress, updating stakeholders and leading discussions to keep everyone aligned with the project's direction.

Who You Are
Ideal candidates will possess:

Over 12 years in product management or process innovation, with at least 6 years in leadership roles.
Deep expertise in risk adjustment and stratification across various insurance lines.
A knack for using data and research to drive decision-making and product development.
Comprehensive understanding of healthcare technology product development.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving and expertise building.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
