DESCRIPTION :
Extended School Year Program for Special Education - Summer
Resource/instructional intervention, self-contained classes, and individualized programs



QUALIFICATIONS:

• ISBE PEL with School Nurse endorsement OR Registered Nurse with current IDFPR license
• Previous experience working with students grades EC through Grade 8
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in working with special education students with moderate to severe disabilities, preferred

WORK PERIOD:

• June 10, 2024 (set-up day 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.)
• June 24, 2024 through July 24, 2024 (16 student attendance days)

Teacher day - 7:30 a.m. - 11:15 a.m
Student day - 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

No school for staff or students: July 3 or July 4

No Student Attendance: Wrap up day - Wednesday, July 24 (8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.)



RATE OF PAY: Certified licensed positions - $36.63 per hour
Registered Nurse $28.00 per hour or for current Orland 135 support employees rate is based on 2023-2024 hourly rate of pay
