Leader In Automotive Propulsion and Pump Technology. Moving their offices from Ohio to Michigan and building a brand new plant in Warren (Greater Detroit) from the ground up

Must haves experience: 

Positive Displacement Pump (singular, variable), Steering Pump, Powertrain, Fluid Dynamics, CFD, product development

- No sponsorships available at this time (US Citizen/Green Card preferred, No H1Bs, TN visas may be considered)

- No people with majority of OEM experience (Ford, GM, Stellantis, Nissan, Toyota, Hyundai). Prefer supplier experience.
- Team leadership/Cross functional leadership experience

Education/Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
- Greater than 12 years of experience in product design and development
- Experience in components or systems preferred.
- Experience in positive displacement pumps
- Experience in singular and variable displacements pumps
- Supervision experience in technical business
- Management presentation skills and experience
- Project leadership experience desired
- Experience with general office computer tools (word processing, spreadsheets, office communications)
