District Sales Manager (Capital Equipment Sales)
Remote (Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, and northern portion of Indiana)
85k-90k, 120k+ OTE
Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves managing sales within a specified territory, driving customer acquisition, and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans for the assigned territory.
- Identify new product opportunities and enhancements to existing lines.
- Generate leads and follow up on sales activities.
- Provide quotes to customers and manage sales documentation.
- Prepare annual sales budget and forecasts.
- Support market managers with market insights and surveys.
- Present sales presentations to potential customers.
- Provide regular feedback on sales activity and performance.
- Attend trade shows and represent the company.
- Uphold quality, safety, and core values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong mathematical and computer skills.
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and online video platforms.
- Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy objects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the territory.
- Adaptability to changing environments and challenges.
